Terms of Service

ACX assesses how well a business performs when the customer is an AI. It reads publicly available pages from a website and uses AI models to simulate customer journeys, score performance and suggest improvements.

Assessments are simulations and estimates. They can vary between runs and do not guarantee any sales, traffic, rankings or how any third-party AI system will behave. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on them.

• ACX is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Only test websites you own, operate or are authorised to assess.
• Do not misuse ACX: no attempts to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell it, and nothing unlawful.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

• Free — a genuine assessment and the features shown as Free in the app.
• ACX Pro — £49 per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from your Account page. Pro remains active until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund part-months.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies.
• If a payment fails we may pause Pro features until it is resolved.

A human review of your assessment, delivered privately as a recorded video, covering your score, customer journeys, priority fixes and recommendations. We do not promise a fixed turnaround time. If we cannot deliver it, we will refund you in full.

Hands-on implementation work is quoted separately and governed by its own agreement.

You keep ownership of your website content and data. You give us a licence to process it as needed to provide ACX. We own the ACX software, methodology and the format of our reports; you may use the reports we produce for you within your business, including sharing them with your team, developers or agencies.

ACX is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop using ACX at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing pc@mainconsulting.co.uk. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
